Secure access to GP services for patients!
With around 60% of UK households now having access to the Internet, your
patients are becoming more aware of how to manage their own lives using
online services such as Internet banking, government services, and shopping
sites. Therefore, it makes sense for your patients to be able to access
their GP services online too. It will also help the practice to cut down on
the volume of incoming telephone calls!
Repeat Prescription ordering...
Using our BlueBayOS software, patients can
securely access their repeat prescription information and can order
medication via the Internet. As long as their items are available for
ordering, BlueBayOS will create a prescription and store it in the
prescription queue ready for printing.
As a practice, you control how much access the
patient has to their prescriptions. You can set patient access levels and due
dates for prescriptions. Patient's will
not be allowed to order controlled
drugs.
Online Appointment booking...
Patients can also book
appointments via the internet. The practice sets up and allocates specific
time slots within the system for internet bookings. When the patient logs in
via the Internet, they can choose from any of these appointment slots and
book themselves in.
Online Test Result viewing..
To further eliminate unnecessary telephone
calls, BlueBayOS will also let the patient view their recent test results. * Integrating with your Pathology Messaging system, the patient is able to see
any actions planned by the GP or clinician.
* This feature is not yet available in the GPASS versions
of BlueBayOS.
